I would definitely recommend Nancy Muslin as your realtor. She took the initiative and has the experience and patience as she assisted me with the purchase of my home in Sun City West, AZ, earlier this month. During my house hunting, Nancy would have a wide range of homes planned out. She was attentive and non–judgmental as I looked at homes, providing support and giving me feedback when I requested it. From the time I put the offer on the house to the closing, Nancy was there  for me. Being that I was moving from Ohio to Arizona, I had many questions in regard to Arizona procedures and paperwork. She kept in touch with me, even when I went back to Ohio to pack up my belongings. Nancy was invaluable in providing resources and phone numbers related to projects I am doing at my new home.
